From Above and Beyond is a short film about a broken man, Jake (David Fisher), battling with grief, who receives an email from his partner, brutally murdered a month prior. Needing moral support, he contacts Karl (Todd Hann), a close friend, who comes to help. However, Karl will soon realize that help comes in many shapes and forms.
